HANSAIR LOGISTICS, INC.
In 1988 Hansair Logistics Inc. was established to take advantage of the rapid expansion of the aviation industry. In the early years it operated out of a small rented office with a handful of staff. Within just a couple of years, the Company had to move to a bigger facility to cater for rapid growth. Further expansion in business necessitated another move, to the present building that is fully owned and occupied, dedicated to aviation business. The location is strategic in that it is close to several aircraft parts and component manufacturers, US and foreign airlines buying offices, as well as international transportation and logistics establishments.
Armed with a portfolio of top manufacturers who themselves are prime suppliers to aircraft and engine manufacturers, Hansair works closely and in partnership with airline customers; identifying and tailoring their specific material needs. Such dedicated service culminates in the Company being classified as preferred supplier of aircraft parts and materials by several major customers – airlines and aircraft manufacturers included. Several supply contracts, consignment agreements and exchange pools are in place.
At Hansair, excellent service is not being determined by the fleet size of the customers. Large of small, customer enquiries and orders are dealt with expeditiously and professionally; and in the most cost-effective way. Hansair accrues the benefit of working in partnership with each of these customers. This formula has worked well for Hansair, as demonstrated in its consistent growth year by year.
The Hansair Logistics Group now comprised sales offices and warehouses located in California, Germany (Hamburg), South Africa and Chile (Santiage), with representative offices in P.R. China (Xiamen) and United Kingdom (England).
